Businesses can access one month before the others. 
Microsoft launches its new office suite Office 2010 on Wednesday 12 May. It confirmed the company at the end of last week.
There are companies with volume license agreements can download the product as of this date.
Businesses without volume agreement and individuals must wait until the following month. Office 2010 will be as previously announced put for ordinary sale over the counter in June.
Upgrade
Software Giant launched last week a so-called technology guarantee or warranty upgrade for those who buy Office 2007 for Windows up to and including 30 September.
Microsoft gives in this period, free upgrade from Office 2007 to 2010 for regular licenses (not volume). Note that special conditions apply. Among other things it is required customer information on the date of purchase in addition to a valid product key in order to qualify for the upgrade
