Apple calls to the emergency meeting

They will explain about the problems with the iPhone 4?

The Apple has had to endure multiple rendering criticism, lawsuits and ridicule in the wake of the iPhone 4-launch in the U.S. last month.

The result showed that the phone probably has a design fault or weakness of a poor antenna signal under certain circumstances.

Apple has since claimed that the fault lies in the software that calculates signal strength, but the explanation is that many do not believe. The company has announced an update of the IOS to remedy the antenna issue, but have not admitted error in design.

This week, Apple does something very unusual. They call in to a press conference with only two days notice.

Normally, planning the secretive company all contact with the press for months, and the notice comes in good time. According to TechCrunch, Apple is never in the history of the company called in the press at such short notice.

The agenda this time is secret, and as usual, only a select few media who are allowed to participate. The U.S. technology press has revealed that the meeting will deal with iPhone 4, and most are tilted confident that Apple will now account for antenna problems.

- The meeting will deal with iPhone 4, but an Apple spokesman refused to come with additional details, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Recently, Apple's shares fell slightly in the wake of the iPhone problems, and especially did share value after beating it became known that the American consumer ombudsman withdrew its recommendation of the phone earlier this week.

Some have speculated that Apple may be forced to withdraw from the market the iPhone 4. An analyst from Bernstein Research told the Wall Street Journal that it is unlikely that the company will go to such a drastic step. If they do what he believes it will cost Apple as much as 1.5 billion dollars.
