Intel Core i5 and i7 can clock in pieces

Error with some P55-motherboard

Intel Core i5 and i7 may be in danger if you are a overclocker.
Intel Core I5 And I7
Intel's new and good processors Intel Core i5 and i7 can break the overclocking on the P55-board. The problem is that the main cards with Foxconn socket has a design error in the CPU shelf. Foxconn is responsible for much of the delivery of the sock lean on P55 motherboard.

The problem is that the staples is not as they should. What happens is that the CPU pins on the bottom does not go as far down as it should in the shelf. This may lead to the overclocking both the CPU and motherboard damage.

It should however not be anything to worry about if you have a Gigabyte-motherboards since they use the shelf from Lotes.
