Google with semantic search

Google now adds a new feature that will make the engine more intelligent.

Google has now added the semantics to its search engine. The search giant uses a new technology that will be able to identify associations and concepts that are related to your keywords. If for example the user searches for "principles of physics" the algorithm "understand" that the words that "angular momentum", "special relativity", "big bang" and "quantum mechanic" is related to your keywords. Google is currently very good at match, but it is also a limitation, shall vise president in Google, Marissa Mayer said in an interview for a couple of years ago.

- Users should be able to ask questions and search engine should, to some extent be able to "understand" the question, "said Mayer. Google stressed, however, the semantics will not replace traditional search technology, both are part of search engine. Google has also added to the so-called "snippets" - snippets from hits in the search results. The intention is that an applicant for a better way could judge whether a news hits are useful or not.
