Might come to the summer
Wait with upgrading to Windows 7 to the first service pack to arrive? If so, you can maybe be upgraded this year.
Windows 7 has been a huge success for Microsoft, as compared with Windows Vista. Many have already upgraded their PCs with Microsoft's latest operating system, but still there are some who choose to wait until it receives its first service pack (SP1), and it is mainly large firms that choose to do it this way, to be sure that most "children diseases" are gone.
Expedited service pack
Originally it was planned a 22-month development time for Windows 7's first service pack, but this may now have been brought forward so that it can come this year. The rumors will have it that SP1 will come in the summer of this year or the autumn, or the start of the last quarter of 2010. Whether there will be something new with this service pack is still unclear, but it will contain a huge collection of new security updates as well as those who already have come is certain.
