Google executives have to go in prison

Punished after bullying video was out for several months.
Milan In Italy, the three Google executives punished after a disputed clip was uploaded to the site Google Video. The film shows a boy gang to bully a student with Down syndrome.
Google bosses in prison 
A court Wednesday convicted three Google executives to six months in jail, while a fourth Google manager was acquitted.
Video, where the four boys a humble boy with Down syndrome, was uploaded on the Internet in 2006, and it was the boy's father and the organization Vidi Down who went to the lawsuit against Google.

The network company claims they removed the video when they were aware of it and believe they can not be held responsible. Google compares the case to sue the Post Office if you receive hate letter.
Prosecutors believe Google acted too late, since the video was lying out on the site for several months after the first protests came.
