Facebook can be good for memory, but Twitter poor, said Dr. Tracy Alloway. She has researched school children between 11 and 14 years. They spent the day on a game to train the memory and they see quickly progress. Alloway said that, like the games you have to keep track of past actions and plan the actions you will make yourself.
On Twitter you get however much information, but densely packed, making sure you do not need to treat this the same way.
